1. What we sell

We sell digital game credits, top-ups, redeem codes and gift cards. Everything we sell is a digital product delivered electronically. We do not sell physical goods and we do not operate any game, gambling, betting or wagering service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. You must have a valid email address and a payment method accepted by our payment provider.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at the moment you place your order is the price that applies.
Payment is collected by a licensed third-party payment provider. We do not store card numbers or online banking credentials.
An order is only accepted once payment has been confirmed by the payment provider.

4. Delivery

Redeem codes are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Top-ups are credited to the game ID and server you provide. You are responsible for entering these correctly — see our Refund Policy for what happens if they are wrong.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and game account details.
Do not use this site for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.
Do not resell our codes in breach of the game publisher's own terms.
Keep your order number and email — you need both to look up an order.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel an unpaid order at any time. Once payment has been confirmed and a digital code has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Third-party games and trademarks

Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher unless expressly stated. We act as an independent reseller of digital credits.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses caused by game server downtime, publisher account restrictions, or your failure to provide correct details.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
